Ladies and gentlemen, Nightlife had finally made this possible... I present to you the ULTIMATE COMMUNITY LOT!

The Vista Four Star Hotel and Conference center has everything you want in a four star hotel and conference center: a fancy lobby, restaurant, and bar, a hip nightclub, swimming pool, spa and recreation area, friendly service, and the fanciest wedding suite in the metropolitan area. This lot is not legal for use in my poverty challenge.

nightclub, with windows into the side of the swimming pool so you can wath people swimming while you dance, for an underwater theme.
everything you need to throw a community lot wedding party
"hotel atmosphere" includes BEDS and HOTEL ROOMS so your sims can SLEEP DOWNTOWN!
Waiters from the restaurant, as it happens, will actually make up the beds for you.

A note about the screenshots: the grand trianon window is no longer included in the upload, it has been replaced by the shoji double window from the game for greater consistency with the exterior. The painting from parsimonious has also been deleted for simplicity.
On the first floor you will see what looks like a small place with no floor tiles. This has been fixed.
