This is my first ever submission, so I hope I do/did everything correctly.

Description:

This was meant to be a smaller home but it turned out more roomy than I expected because it has three levels. It's on a 3x4 lot, and sells for 152,000 simoleons.

Features:

It has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, plus a nursery. There is a kitchen and a breakfast/snacking nook, dining room, sitting room, and rec room. The basement is unfinished with room for 3 more bedrooms/baths for those with expanding families.

This house is partially furnished (main floor and upstairs baths) using Maxi's objects from Nightlife, so you will need this EP installed for this lot.
