"Impression Apartments" with exclusive member's only restaurant & Shaklin's elevator.

"Impression Apartment"

My next project was supposed to be a Victorian style house but no matter how hard I tried, I just can’t seem to get it right. So instead I present to you “Impression Apartment”, a modern style apartment complex with it’s every own member's only private restaurant. Thanks to Wintermuteai 1 for his “NL-Collections Re-done(Resi/community-reversal)” @ http://www.variousimmers.net/vsimfo...read.php?t=2350 . I’ve tested the restaurant and it worked just as if you’re in a downtown restaurant. See screenshot. No more burnt food for your simmies. But if they do feel like cooking, there are the usual appliances in the kitchen. Also if you hate having to go downtown just for the restaurant, this will be perfect.

This house also features Shaklin’s fantastic 4 tile elevator @ www.shaklin.page.cx. Thank you Shaklin for giving me permission to upload this with the house. The elevator has been tested in my game and works perfectly. See screenshot. I love Targa’s new “Ascension” range stairs found here @ MTS2 but with Shaklin’s , I don’t have to worry about matching the tiles as the controller goes against a wall.

OK, back to “Impression Apartment”. Its build on a 3x3 lot, five story including undercover parking and roof access and pool. Priced at $248,529.00 fully furnished, decorated and landscaped. It comes with 3 elevators to save your simmies from climbing all those floors. This apartment has been build with both NL & Uni. EP installed and will need both expansion pack to work properly.

1st level - Car parks, pool

2nd level – Exclusive members only restaurant, recreational lounge

3rd level – 2 furnished apartments with open plan room

4th level – 2 furnished apartments with open plan room

I’ve done this as a residential but it can easily be converted to a dorm or community.
