Hi all

his is my first download. Having talked to the lovely Nurrah on Chat I discovered she likes Tudor houses so was inspired to spend several hours perfecting this large family home for her. The front is based on a real tudor house but as the photo I used only showed the front of the house the rest is all mine as are any mistakes.

Ground floor: Foyer, main salon, library, study, dining room, kitchen.

1st floor: Two childrens rooms, one with twin beds and the other contains a single bed. Master bedroom with ensuite bath. Nursery/playroom, family bath, upstairs drawing room.

2nd floor: 3 large storage rooms, staff quarter with double bed and bath and staff quarter with single bed and bath.

Outside: Fully landscaped for Nurrah, dining deck leading inside to dining room, gazebo with jacuzzi, pool with deck lounger area, glass sunroom or greenhouse

No Ep's are needed at all. All fully furnished but all maxis original content and colourings.

Lot is the biggest size. House costs 320'186 simoleons
