Description:
Small house with four cheap apartments for 1-2 sims each. Two of them are furnished, the other two only contain some basic fixtures. Two driveways included, some landscaping/decoration.

Each apartment has

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 x private)
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilets, bathtub or shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, trash can, bookshelf. Apartment 1 (downstairs left) also has a microwave.

Recommended hacks: You need to assign the doors somehow so that your sims know which apartment is theirs. I think if you have OfB you can use the locking doors funcionality for that, otherwise get hold of Inge Jones' lockable doors or access management system (formerly simlogical.com) or use the "Smart Door" hack by tunaisafish (untested by me, but seems to work nicely + is well-maintained). I also like to use Inge's Mortgage/Rent shrubs for this kind of house.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
