Description:
House with 4 small apartments, two of them furnished (the other two only contain plumbing and some basic fixtures), one with a balcony. Large basement, two driveways included, small garden with pool, some landscaping/decoration. Each apartment has

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive) and sink, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, trash can, bookshelf. Apartment 1 (ground floor) also has a chess board and a TV, apartment 2 (top floor) a dresser and a mirror.


Recommended hacks:
You need to assign the doors somehow so that your sims know which apartment is theirs. I think if you have OfB you can use the locking doors funcionality for that, otherwise get hold of Inge Jones' lockable doors or access management system (formerly simlogical.com) or use the "Smart Door" hack by tunaisafish (untested by me, but seems to work nicely + is well-maintained). I also like to use Inge's Mortgage/Rent shrubs for this kind of house.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
