Hi all

This is a house design I found on an architectural site and wanted to create for a beach family. Its classed as a beach house on the architect site.

This one storey high blue wooden house boasts a single car garage, a stone flagged pation at the rear and a surrounding of clear, calm waters.

Passing through the long front entry porch you enter the open plan Living/Dining/kitchen room, a vaulted ceiling in the living area brings plenty of light in the day and romantic starlight at night. Doors lead from the living area to the covered lanai (Porch) which overlooks the rear garden. There are two large bedrooms with en suite bathroom facilities, a third bedroom/study, a small lounge or exercise room to the right of the lanai and a guest bathroom.

Outside directly overlooking the surrounding lake is the pool, a large patio area and the garden.

This lot is partly furnished in Maxis only content. It sits on the 4x5 lot and costs 146'418 simoleons, ready to move in. Rooms are al furnished except the third bedroom/study and the exercise room.

The only Custom content on this lot is the Invisible driveway, without which the house would have a badly mismatched drive. You can this item here:
