Hi all

Well a small and hopefully charming shopping mall for your sims.

This wooden mall is built raised above street level due to the river that surrounds it. In case of flooding neither our stores nor our customers are at risk.

As well as two large terrace areas there are public toilets and then theres the stores themselves.

Ground Floor.
Grocery store
Fruit and vegetable store
Public facilities
Benches to rest and watch the World go by.

1st Floor.
A boutique selling clothes and perfumes.
A store selling magazines and computer games.
Lastly an oak panelled bar with large outside terrace with graceful wrought iron furniture for your sims to enjoy a drink with friends.

Sits on the 5 x 2 lot.
