Hi all

Here's another architectural plan brought to life through Sims2. After talking alot to the lovely Bunny on MTS2 chat and then finding and downloading her self sim (I promise to be nice to her - yeah right) I asked her to describe her dream home. She explained she loved the modernistic style.

After a few hours of surfing the Net and much cursing to get this right I present Bunny's Modern Manse. A splndid shining white house built into a cliff overlooking the sea.

This contains a basement level with a single garage.

Ground floor : Open plan kitchen, dining nook, family room, dining room and foyer. Large lounge leading to the rear garden and patio. large Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and of course a guest cloakroom.

1st floor: 2 large second bedrooms and a large family bathroom with stairs leading to the flat roof level.

Roof level: Contains a sun room with patio doors leading out to the roof. The rooof is flat, perfect for parties etc.

Outside in the gardens you have a low wall surrounding the property for security - they're on a cliff! Bamboo growing near the front entrance and in the rear a pool and jacuzzi with wild palm trees providing shade.

Yes this house is completely furnished with all mod cons. No plants, pictures etc, add these yourself.

It is on the 4x5 lot
Costs 240'854 which considering its size and the facts its fully furnished with pool and jacuzzi I think is pretty good.

Needs OFB and NL.
