You'll be living the quaint county life if you decide to move your sims into this great home!

Three bedrooms (one is being used as an office) and three bathrooms. The master suite has it's own private bath. The style of the home is traditional with a great gourmet "farm" kitchen that opens to a family room. There's a formal living room, bath and bedroom downstairs as well. Upstairs there's the master suite and office. The landing looks out over the two story open formal livingroom (where once there were hay stacks!).

Outside there's a covered bridge to the garage. The driveway has two invisible driveways, so you can park two cars. I've included a red pickup truck. There's also a kid's sand box.

Last but not least, there's an animal pen or a perfect spot for an orchard or garden if you have the Season's EP.
