So, I actually built this quite a while ago, and I guess I forgot about it. But it really is a nice lot, so I updated the furniture slightly and decided to share it with all of you.



This house is built for three to six people on a spacious 5x3 lot. It's costly as $160,797, but it comes fully furnished so all you have to do is move your sims in. This lot has not been playtested.
