Please Read This:
As you know, "SS4Keef" had already made the same house, HOWEVER this is the new version for 2007 as we have changed the house a lot with brand new stuff. ( Myself and SS4Keef are brothers, so we live in the same home).

Even tho SS4Keef's house is still on M.T.S, this one does not violate the copyright but i'll just say thanks towards SS4Keef for the original idea. You will need EVERY Sims2 except the holiday one, as it was not installed on my computer at the time.

No custom content as I installed them all on the 30th of August, 2007.

So all there is left to say is: Enjoy!
