If you want to install the stairs properly, please follow the directions given in the thread linked above. This lot will work just fine if you don't, but you won't be able to select or change the stairs or use them in other lots (they won't show up in the catalogue, which is what the installation procedure is for).

Description:
Starter house with small garden, furnished for 1-2 sims, spare room in the basement.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x basement (empty)

Plus some spare room on the top floor. All basics included with in- and outside lights, various alarms etc; this house also has a dresser, a TV and an easel. There is enough room for two driveways next to the house.

Playtested: the stairs work; there is one tile on the landing between ground and top floor that's unaccessible for the sims but this has no effect on the routing (they can walk up and down just fine).

*New*: un-annoying basement windows! They should not look "filled in" under any circumstances (because they have a flat tile in front). Thanks to baratron and simsample for pointing this out =).
