Backdoor Lane 64a and 64b -- Expanded versions of #64

Requires Nightlife and Pets.
Custom content: modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


Two alternate versions of Backdoor Lane 64 with an expansion towards the back: #64a is with a larger basement and ground floor, #64b (pictured above) has a 2-story expansion. The expanded apartments each have a terrace/balcony in the yard; the parking situation is the same as in Backdoor Lane 64 (three driveways, cars are included). The basements are nearly identical in #64a and #64b (the only difference is the window placement), hence why I'm including only one screenshot.


Backdoor Lane 64a – Apartment 01 (ground floor)

The apartment has a terrace with a grill and a chess set. Computer, stereo, TV and easel included.

Apartments 02 and 03 are identical to the ones in Backdoor Lane 64.


Backdoor Lane 64b – Apartment 01 (ground floor)

1 x single bedroom (used as a nursery)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x study

Covered terrace with chess set, computer, stereo, TV, easel and dresser included.


Backdoor Lane 64b – Apartment 02 (middle)

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x study

Balcony with telescope, piano, TV, stereo and dresser included. The study could be used as a bedroom as well, or you can cut off a mini 2x3 bedroom from it.


Backdoor Lane 64b – Apartment 03 (top floor)

1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

This is smaller than its equivalent in Backdoor Lane 64 and will only sleep one sim. Comes with an espresso machine and an easel.



Note that these are not AL lots, however it shouldn't be hard to convert them (you'll have to remove the stairs from the terraces that belong to the ground floor apartments, or remove the door to the hallway and make them accessible from the terrace only – the floorplans would work in both cases). Please see my Backdoor Lane 10 post for info on non-AL apartments (multi-household lots have been around since the Base Game era, you don't really need AL for that).


This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (version 1.1). You can easily enlarge the lot with that, if you think your sims deserve more outdoor space.

Non-pets users can try to open this with any EP *higher than* Pets; I haven't used a lot of Pets stuff in this (only a bed and a few wall hangings I think) so you shouldn't see much of a difference.

Note that I have used an invisible driveway recolour for the screenshots which is not packaged with the lot.
