This home has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for at least 8 Sims. With the flow and space of this floor plan having many friends over will not be a problem!

Alternatives to this layout could be:

1. Turn the piano room into a dedicated office and put a band room in one of the garage stalls for weekend fun.
2. Put the TV in the living room or leave it and put a pool table (any kind of entertainment or hobby stuff) in the family room.

The main floor has:

Living room
Formal dinning room
Kitchen
Music room
Family room with fireplace
Guest bath

The upstairs has:

Master with own bath and fireplace
4 child / guest bedrooms
2 other full baths
Small game area

Since this house does have room for 8 and only 4 bathrooms I have made the bathrooms as multi user as possible!

NOTE: I have NOT included Phoenix Phaeries Georgian Manor set, Georgian add-ons, Manor house kitchen, Manor house appliances and Manor house washroom for several reasons:

1. If you love them like I do you already have them.
2. If you love them and don’t have them you need to get the whole set.
3. Some of the smaller computers may not be able to handle all the sets in the same lot.
