Hello Simmers!

Today I present you 'The Overhang', An unique cliffhouse in modern architecture.


It's called overhang because a part of the house isn't supported by collumns, so it hangs over the ground. The balcony also isn't supported by collumns and is hanging over the pool.
From the living and bed area your Sims can enter the balcony which has a beautiful views over the beach and sea.

The living area is full of bright colors, very happy, not that depri darkbrown wood everywhere!

It has:
Living area (w/ access to balcony)
Dining area (w/ access to balcony)
Kitchen
Sleeping area (w/ access to balcony)

It only costs §156.286 fully furnished and §63.311 Unfurnished!
It's built on a custom placed lot. Place a 50x25 lot at the other roadside of the Wright Way (where the cliffhouses are)
