Two-story house with basement, furnished for 6+1 sims (6 kids/adults, one baby/toddler), built on a 15 x 25 lot. Has spare rooms in the basement, one of which would make a good extra bathroom or laundry room. It's not named after that Litvinenko, my playtester household just happened to have the same name.



Base game content only. Playtested.

Note that I have a lighting mod installed (this one) so the shadows are much more pronounced on my screenshots than they’d be in an out-of-the-box game – this is why I've photoshopped one of the screenshots (backside), the other ones are unmodified.
