They are for Elder Male, Elder Female, and Adult/Young Adult Female. Elder Male is depicted below, and please click the thumbnails at the bottom of the page to see the Elder Female and Adult Female versions.
So, now your adult female sims can join their male counterparts in trenchcoated goodness, and elder sims can have an outfit to wear that looks fairly cool rather than the usual frumpy attire they get stuck with!

These are made from a modification of the same EA base game career outfit as my men's outfit, so they look pretty much identical to the men's outfit except for the different body shapes - the texture is the same. The outfits are found in CAS in the Everyday and Formal sections. They are not enabled for Random, so you shouldn't get random townies showing up in them.
Please note that despite several requests, I have not been able to make this outfit for teenagers. The default mesh I modified to make this outfit from is only available for adults and elders, and I am not a skilled enough clothes mesher to make one for teens (I know, I've tried!).
The outfits have three recolour areas: Coat, Shirt and Trousers. So they can be pretty versatile for making all sorts of outfits from formal to casual to business and so on. Your sims can be just nice everyday coat-wearing folk sharing some local gossip as below,

Or, with a recolour and a few accessories, they can be mysterious trenchcoated Men In Black types sharing their secret plans for World Domination, mwa haaa haaaa:

ISSUE: I had trouble with the female versions of this outfit - the elder men's outfit was straightforward to make, like the adult men's was, but I found that the female sim body mesh shape behaves somewhat differently when sitting. On the female outfits, the bottom half of the coat expands out much more when sitting than the male versions do, resulting in the female sim's hands clipping halfway into the coat when they put their hands in their laps while sitting. I made the coat narrower from back to front for the women, but the problem remains. But, it's not just my coat, female hands also sink into EA's own default coat meshes, as you can see in the right hand pic below. As also seen below, when a female sim sits with legs crossed, the bottom half of the mesh goes somewhat disintegrated. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to do anything about that, sorry.

Thanks for looking, hope you'll find these outfits useful!

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
