Here is an unfurnished modern, two story home with lots of space for a sim family of 2-6. It has natural mahogany trim and privacy fence, sloping driveway, and lap pool for those body points. Above the base game garage you have a sun deck. The sloping driveway is flat for the required length to put in a real driveway. If your sims' wish list includes a good sized house in a nice neighborhood for them to customize to their own taste, this house is it!
