Lucinda, basking in the pride of new ownership, remodeled her 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath home which was built in 1901. The previous owners, the Benders, had bragged quite a bit to Lucinda about how the home was one of the favorites on the Historical Home Tour. When Lucinda called Jesse Shek, the president of the Historical Home Tour committee to let him know the house was still available for the tour, he said, "It's either old or new, but not both."
Now Lucinda is considering flipping the house since she won't get any recognition on the tour. If your sims like something that is both old and new, perhaps this is the house for them.
