This is a little contemporary, but in traditional style apartment complex for 8 families. It has very nice areas for all tenants to enjoy together. Renting it unfurnished can be very affordable and something to grow with, as furnished it's quite expensive. It's built with hidden and public markers from basegame. If you remove those using cheat: "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false", you can take the rest too and furnish it for a big family.



It's built in a traditional Norwegian south style in wood, the only thing I miss is the sea breeze and the sound of Seagulls. I have used a birdbath from the Buccaneer's set in the courtyard, the game will just replace it with a random statue if you don't have it.



The kitchen is in the common area for all the tenants, beside the diningroom and main livingroom. The active family have a microwave and coffee machine.



The house also has a library, pool, chess table, easel, magic mirror, BBQ, a couple of vendor machines, gym, great bathroom facilities, laundry, TV room and a garden room. Deckchairs and wicher chairs on balconies and terraces.



The active family apartment has 2 kids bedrooms, and a master bedroom. It also has a bathroom for itself, a balcony and a big room for all daily activities.

Price unfurnished: 3.523,-

It's been playtested with patch 1,63, and I've used this perticular setup before without University. This house has been made with university installed. Referance number 080114 Hindenburg.
