This is a big 3 floor apartment for your active sims family in a house with 11 NPC apartments, 2 elevators, pool, common room, toilets, showers and a laundrette in the basement. It also has a garage for two cars and 4 places for bicycles.



The common rooms have a shuffleboard, bbq in the garden, pool with deckchairs, lots of fountains, a bar and the above mentioned necessities.



The active sim family apartment has been made for people who don't mind a bit of color, and love natural fabrics around them. It has 3 neutral single bedrooms as well as the master suite.



I have used furniture from the expansions to limit the amount of CC for download. The double glass doors comes from Island Paradise exp, windows from Into the future, elevators from LateNight, and laundry from Ambitions. If you don't have some of these you will have to be prepared for some decoration yourself.

I have NOT used University exp on this house, and it's zoned as regular residential for your game. If you still have problems if you have university expansion I would like to know please In the future I'm going to stay way off uni exp apartment zoning, it never leaves
