This is meant to be a house to grow with. It has 4 rooms downstairs and a big one on the top. I've made the big one a master bedroom, and put the kitchen downstairs.

You may want to:
1. have the top room a bar to entertain guests.
2. extend the roof terrace.
3. have a nursery downstairs
4. put the kitchen in the hallway and have doors instead.



6. The backside has a patio, you may want to put some shades above the area and have oudoor furniture there.

etc, etc, I'm sure the solutions are endless. You just have fun with it.

Furniture is so cheap and far between, but you should still have some pocket money left after purchasing this house.

Installation:

Just unzip the files inside and put them in your tray folder. Then it should be visible in your library.
