My Sim contractor built this tiny home out of the best reclaimed and natural materials available. It is a tier 3 tiny home with 92 out of 100 tiles with the perks Lighten the Load and Fellin Fine All the time. It will be perfect for a singlet or a couple. The lot does have grass (which is barely alive as it is in the desert you know) and native plants for easier upkeep. My Sim Contractor built the home in Oasis Springs so if you want to put a retired couple in the home they would be warm and toasty. Enjoy.
