So my sims has been watching videos on how to build tiny homes on U-Tube and thought he could do it himself. He went to habitat for simanity and bought most of the materials second hand and bought furniture from the thrift store. This is how it turned out. The house is not really tiny in EA terms because adding porches made it over the 100 tile mark but it is still small, under $20,000 and has what my sim considers the essentials such as a computer, tv, chess table and easel. He thinks he did a reasonable job of it and hopes you like it too.
