The building was slated for demolition when a past guest, wealthy businessman Seymour Valery, saw the sign and quickly bought the property. Boasting 48 standard guest rooms as well as six master suites, an expansive dining room, weight room, spa, swimming pool, gift shop, arcade, and much more, this hotel is one place your Sims and their friends will love to stay at.
