This house was inspired partly by some of Pablo Picasso's modern art I had seen in a museum and I decided I wanted to build a new modern style home

Are your Sims the artsy type? For any Sim that enjoys the look of sleek and modern with lots of squares and angles, this is the perfect home for them! This is a family home, complete with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The layout is very open with a long open foyer that divides at the ends into the kitchen and living room. The walls are built with plenty of floor to ceiling windows while the upstairs includes lots of large skylights to let in natural light. The interior of the home brings together a common burgundy and white scheme that is present throughout much of the house. And because this home sits right at the turn of the century, some of the appliances in the house have been upgraded with the newer technologies that have become available! Things such as holographic televisions, sonic wave showers, programmable beds, and even a flying car are just some of the fancy new things you can expect inside! Plus the kid's bedroom has a blue lit bathroom! How cool is that!
