Hey again everyone, I'm back again bringing you yet another home for your neighborhoods! This is another modern home, as I haven't done one in a while it seems. The name of this home is Cascade, named so for the waterfall that actually spills out from under the house into a small pool below!

This is a fairly simple home in layout, being mostly open floorplan. The main entrance opens up into the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar. Each bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and full bathroom as well! Outside, there is a wide patio space and glassed in swimming pool. An outdoor bar, kitchen, hot tub and two firepits invite parties and other social get togethers! There are open balconies stemming from many sides of the home offering stunning views out into the world.
