Children and teen townies always visit community lots

Update: Changed the filename to have a Z in front so it loads after Two Jeff's visitor controller. It seems to work with the visitor controller now and kids will still spawn as usual. If it still doesn't work, open the visitor controller in SimPE go to Behavior function and click on visitor age check. Then click on stack object's person age <= Const 0x0110:0X01. Click on the hammer and wrench which will open up the pop u-up menu and then change the <= to >=

For the longest time, it has always bother me that when you send adult sims alone to community lots, no children or teens show up. This makes parks feel empty, with the playground equipment never in use. Furthermore, it means that townie children and teens will rarely be seen in the community.

I looked everywhere for a fix to this problem, and finally decided to do this myself. After much exploration, I found a solution that fixes the problem.

This mod allows children and teens to appear on community lots without needing to bring a child or teen from the active family. Essentially this mod looks at the visitor age check and kids or teens have a chance to visit as long as one of the sims you bring from the active family is the same age or older. Initially, kids or teens would only have a chance to visit if one of the sim you brought from the active family was the same age as them or younger.

The mod modifies the visitor age check BHAV and was made using the ultimate collection (apartment life) but it should work as long as you have any expansion pack.
This mod has conflicts with twojeffs visitor controller (but works together if it loads after his mod), or any other mod that modifies the visitor age check BHAV. Any other mod that affects community lots or visiting should be fine, as long as it doesn't modify the visitor age check BHAV. If you load this mod after the visitor controller then all should work fine.

The only problem I have encountered so far with this mod is that the game doesn't prioritize what sims to spawn, and so you may end up with more children than you would like. However, usually the game keeps the townies balanced, and with the inclusion of NPC adults, you will usually have more adults in community lots than children or teens. Furthermore if this loads after the visitor controller, you can set up lots that you don't want children to visit.
