I found this builder concept of a modern craftsman home. I thought it would be perfect for a modern sim family who likes all the conveniences but likes the craftsman architecture. The home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a mudroom that could be used for a laundry room. The home is spacious. It also has a large outdoor space that includes a pool. Hope your sims enjoy the home. I built the home on the 40X20 lot in Newcrest but it could also fit beautifully on a 40X30 lot which seems to be a more common size.
