This is the first house of my Simple homes for simple Sims.

No CC used
Fixtures only: bathroom and kitchen objects, lights, alarms and phones.

This one has 2 bedrooms, one en suite bathroom and a dining and living area, as well as a front garden (all plants are accessible).
