I really couldn't think of a name for this one. I saw it on the builder's site and thought the layout for a small home was kind of interesting, so I attempted to build it. It has the usual chess table and easel. It also has a TV and computer for your sims entertainment. There is a small patio with table and chairs and one of the cheap grills for your sims culinary efforts.
