This is what is called a ranchette in Florida where I live (I lived on one when my children were growing up in the 1980's and 90's). They are anywhere from 3 acres to 10 acres with room for a horse and some small farm animals and a small kitchen garden. They are not meant to be self supporting, mom and dad still have to work but it is a great life for children with their animals, 4H and country pursuits. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is on the smallish side. The lot has a small pond a kitchen garden (all you have to do is plant the veggies and trees), a chicken coop and a small pole barn for 1 horse. I used Businesses and Hobbies in the build. Enjoy.
