I love Kit homes. You get more bang for your buck (and a lot of DIY labor also). The home has a master bedroom, a nursery and large bath (with access for the hall and the master bedroom) on the 2nd floor and a wonderful view of the living and dining area from the balcony. The motif of the home is modern country (IE all new furniture made to look rustic). It has a fireplace, pool, large gardens as well as the usual TV, Chess table and computer. I used Businesses and Hobbies EP as well as the Courtyard Oasis kit and the Desert Luxe Kit in the build. Enjoy.
