No it's not on a beach or Island. I did however use such bright colors on the exterior that it should have been. I built the home for a low income sim family of 3. The bath downstairs is off the kitchen and doesn't have a sink of it's own. It does not have a dedicated dining area, however there is a picnic table on the patio. I had to sacrifice somethings to get everything I wanted for the sims on the lot. Happy simming.
