This house actually reminds me of a house out of some of the old fairy tales, too tall and not wide enough. It is however another tier 3 tiny home built on a small 15X20 lot with room for expansion if needed. It has 2 bedrooms (the master being on the spacious side for a tiny home) and 1 & 1/2 baths. The first floor is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all in the same open space. It is priced at exactly $20,000 including the lot.
