This 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom victorian home is waiting for its next big family to move in! Featuring 10 foot ceilings on the main floor and a vaulted stair well (with split stairs). There is a garden off to the side to grow crops to use in your country-style kitchen. There is both a dining room with wine cabinet and breakfast nook with a dish cabinet/shelving. The living area is equipped with a piano and violin, and seating by the fireplace ready to go

There is a space by the back door for laundry, see recommended mod below if you want to make use of that feature.

The hedges are in unusual positions and sometimes placed 2 or 3 deep so I would recommend a mod to fix gardening routes so your sims can ensure the hedges stay clean.

The issue on the main floor of door & window meshes not working has been fixed so light now does come into the main floor from window placements. The kitchen was slightly reworked to accommodate this (so the arch into the breakfast nook could function).

Cheats were used to build the wrapping staircase so the whole second level is technically just for the stairwell. Cheats are not required to use the home. The mailbox and trash can have been moved to new locations for ease of use.
