This modern home has 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms! Perfect for multi-generational living. Featuring wet bar in the main floor, not one but TWO fireplaces, and an attached garage. Enjoy an over-sized chef's kitchen and open concept dining/living room area on the second floor! There is a space upstairs for a laundry room, see recommended mod below if you want to make use of that feature.

There is plenty of space left in the back yard for you to add additional entertaining space, a playground for the kids, a pool, or telescope!

The front garden landscaping hedges are in rows 2 or 3 deep so I would recommend a mod to fix gardening routes so your sims can ensure the hedges stay clean.

The mailbox and trash can have been moved to new locations for ease of use.

Known issues: the placement of the main kitchen seating counters to create a large island mean they cannot be used for preparing food and your Sim will have a routing error if they try (but eventually use a normal counter). Since there is a regular counter right next to the fridge, this shouldn't be an issue as they will typically use that one first, just ensure not to put an appliance on it.

Fixed the one miscolored window on the front facade.

Property value ยง128,014. Built on a 20 x 40 lot.
