This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern country home features vaulted ceiling in the living room and garage. Office/den can easily convert to 4th bedroom. The driveway and garage pad are functional, there is space for up to 3 cars! Mods were used to place the garage pad/door but mods are not required to use them as placed (tested). If you move or remove them to get them back to the original position, a mod would be required.

Mailbox and trash can have been moved to new locations for ease of use.

Property value 99,390. Built on a 30 x 50 lot.
