Obviously by the name this is a Mobile Home. It is unfortunately what many middle class families can afford now. Not that I have anything against mobile homes as that is what I live in. It is affordable and comfortable. I put this home on a private lot verses a park. It is a single wide with a dining area add on with a side deck, which is quite common for mobile homes. The home is set up for a family of four to live in comfortably. I didn't add a pool as that is not common unless it is an above ground, but did put a slip and slide on the lot. I used Adventure Awaits EP in the build. Enjoy.
