I used Nraass DebugEnabler to place objects in their correct positions. Even if you don’t have this mod installed, the objects will still be there.

The first floor houses the reception area and dog dormitories, and also sells some pet supplies and pet insects. To make sure Sims in this neighborhood can actually collect insects, I’ve placed several insect spawners in the yard.

There’s a swimming pool in the yard, with the pool sign mounted at an appropriate height so the dogs can “read” it. A tall pillar stands in the yard, which could theoretically become a popular “marking” spot for dogs. If any dogs fight over the pillar, the staff will step in to stop them in time.

The first floor also features a bird tree housing a falcon, as well as a staff quarters that can accommodate 2 people.
The second floor consists of the cafe and pet care room, equipped with a pet hygiene machine and a dog meal prep area.

There’s a terrace on the second floor where humans can sit, enjoy coffee and desserts, and watch the dogs socialize and play in the yard downstairs.
