"Built when the first fishermen migrated to Bridgeport, this lighthouse perched on the stoney shores of the port has only kept in good shape thanks to the original lightkeeper. Now passed due to old age, town hall is begging somebody to take over the upkeep, less the historic lighthouse wither away... an angler loner sim would surely benefit from the plentiful fish inhabiting the now mostly unused port."

This lot was built to replace the diner at 1 Shearin Wharf Drive in Bridgeport, and thus has the odd lot size of 17x23. You could probably place this in another world on a 20x25 lot but may need to edit the landscaping to make it blend in.

This lot is 1 bedroom 0 bathroom, although there is an all-in-one tucked in the corner of the 1st floor so your sims' bladder and hygiene needs can still be met. This lot would be best lived in by 1 adult sim, although the study could be converted into another bedroom if needed. Ladders are used to navigate each floor so this house is NOT baby/toddler friendly!

PLEASE NOTE: The dresser in the bedroom is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to how close it is to the bed. The bed can still be used on the dresser-side, but the side with the end table is also NOT ACCESSIBLE due to the angle of the wall forcing me to alt-place the end table. EVERYTHING ELSE has been play tested and is functional!

And totally unrelated to the lot, I just like yapping about my sims: I'm using this lot in my own game to play a loner slob fisherman who'll struggle to stardom trying to fish enough simoleons to open his own aquarium in downtown Bridgeport. If I end up committing to this story line, maybe I'll upload my first ever community lot!
