Teens get automatically a cellphone

There are many mods already addressing the ReNuYu inventory plague and the shortage of cellphones at the coming of age; this is my personal take at that.

When the child grows up to teen, they will find a brand new cellphone in their inventory, instead of a bottle of ReNuYu.

For those of you that would actually have a use for that potion, I've made a version where the cellphone adds to the ReNuYu: double the gift for the new teen!

Sim teens coming directly from CAS won't have any of that per game design, so they will have to buy a cellphone when their family moves in.
