Description:
Stripped-down version of #13. Modern starter house for 1-2 Sims, open architecture, very sparsely furnished, minimal landscaping, no decoration (this house is expensive to build since it's technically 3 floors).

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x dining/living room with open kitchen

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, bookshelf. NO smoke detector. Enough room for a carport.

Expandability: Perhaps a basement, other than that it's not really made to be expanded.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
