Description:
Starter house for 1-2 Sims with large front porch and another one in the back; this is the extended (two-story) version of Newbie Road 11. Lightly furnished, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen
1 x dining room
1 x living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove. There's enough room to add a carport. Note: There's only one burglar alarm - in the hallway -, the dining room (back door) doesn't have one yet.

Expandability: You can still add on to the right side if you don't mind a little less light in the hallways.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
