Description:
Two trailer-type mini homes on a 2 x 2 lot, both of them fully furnished and equipped with small bathrooms and even smaller kitchens. Some landscaping/decoration, two driveways included.

Trailer 1:
1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen

Trailer 2:
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen

Basic appliances included in each "house": lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf.

Expandability: There's enough room on the lot for another SMALL house.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
