Title: Newbie Road 36 [NL]
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 19.994
Lot size: 3x2

Nightlife expansion required.
Custom content: 1 x Floor, by myself

Description:
Starter house, furnished for 2-3 Sims, with basement, porch in front + back, and driveway.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single bedroom (1 furnished)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a dresser, a microwave, and an easel; driveway included.

Expandability: Basement can be much enlarged and/or rooms added to the right side, both should be relatively easy.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!
