No-Drop cabinets for the BlandCo kitchen are available here, for the Vault and SCargeaux kitchen here. I strongly recommend to use this in conjunction with this mod (shader fix for the Harbinger cabinets), so they will be rendered like the counters.
They work like the regular cabinets apart from the non-dropping thing (in fact they are the same objects), model/colour selection and all. Available in counters (not cabinets!) for the same price as the original ones.
