Title: Newbie Road 65 [NL] - Under 15.000
Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes

Cost: 14.979
Lot size: 2x3

Nightlife expansion required.
No custom content.

Description:
Starter house for 2-3 sims, furnished for 1-2, some landscaping/decoration. Very easy to expand with a garage or top floor or both (see Newbie Road 65a and 65b).

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, bookshelf. This house also has a TV. No smoke detector, no trash can.

Expandability: Garage or other rooms can be added on to the left, and/or a top floor.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.

Enjoy!
