Hi folks!

The lot I'd like to share with you today is a little different from Compact I and II. Despite of it's size (2x2), there's a lot of space for a regular family: 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (big) living, TV room, library and kitchen. Also, yours sims will enjoy a sunny terrace on 2nd story.

The lot is unfurnished (the furniture and decoration in the pics are mere suggestions), hack free and costs 25.841 simoleons. Hope you like it!
